The aim of the project is to provide quality support and support services to the most vulnerable groups of rural areas and the city of Koprivnica, the elderly and OSI, thus increasing their social inclusion, quality of life and access to social services while preventing their institutionalization, enabling them to stay in their own home and live in the community.
