The general objective of this project proposal will contribute to increasing social inclusion and prevention of institutionalization of vulnerable groups by providing long-term care in the Virovitica-Podravina County. The specific objective is to provide support and support services in everyday life for 150 members of the target group in the Virovitica-Podravina County. The main activity includes the provision of support and support services with the procurement and distribution of packages of supplies to persons over 65 years of age and persons with disabilities. With this project proposal, the association plans to hire 25 service providers for 150 members of the target group.
