The project proposal of the GDCK Virovitica and partners directly contributes to combating material deprivation in people at the highest risk of poverty and contributes to their social inclusion. This will be achieved by distributing food and basic material assistance packages for a total of 8,279 people, which will also be provided with appropriate accompanying measures aimed at inclusion in the social community. The project will provide continuous assistance to the most deprived persons through the division of a total of 206,975 standardized food and material assistance packages. The scope of the project covers all 8 counties of NUTS 2 of the Region of Pannonian Croatia and will be implemented in partnership with 7 Red Cross companies within the said area. The duration of the project is 36 months.
