The aim of the project is to increase the readiness and capacity of the civil protection system in the Republic of Croatia (hereinafter: Croatia), i.e. the development of a management system in the event of emergencies, major accidents and disasters, to which the Republic of Croatia is exposed based on the Disaster Risk Assessment for the Republic of Croatia. The project envisages strengthening the operational capacities of the civil protection system and includes the procurement of 2 multipurpose equipped helicopters for the needs of the civil protection system as well as training of the operational forces and civil protection system participants on multipurpose equipped helicopters to act in the event of emergencies, major accidents and disasters.
