The objective of the project ‘Reconstruction of the port of Murter’ is to improve maritime infrastructure by reconstructing the operational coast of a port of local significance open to public transport - Murter in Hramina Bay on the island of Murter and to ensure the necessary infrastructure preconditions for the further development of the island’s economy and employment. The target groups of the project are the local population of the municipality of Murter-Kornati and the Šibenik-Knin County, civil services, businessmen, visitors and the general public. The project will raise the level of quality of life of the island population, safety of life and property, as well as encourage the demographic revitalization of the island.
