The project ‘Upgrade of the port of Prvić Šepurine-spatial unit 2’ is intended to upgrade the port by building an additional port basin, building on the existing port and forming a new area for the depreciation of waves and breakwaters. The goal of the reconstruction of the port is to reduce the impact of waves on part of the coastal belt and land facilities and to provide a new protected sea area with accommodation capacity for 32 vessels. The investment in the extension of the port in Prvić Šepurine will improve the port infrastructure and equipment of the port on the island of Prvić in terms of receiving coastal liner passenger ships and boats, but also increase the safety and capacity of maritime transport and improve the economic potential of the island.
