The Veterans Center is a public institution for providing support and services to the veterans-stradally population. The founder of veteran centers is the Republic of Croatia, and on behalf of the founder, the founding rights are performed by the Ministry of Croatian Veterans' Affairs. The implementation of the project activities will affect the equitable availability of social services to the population through integrated actions for the socio-economic inclusion of marginalised communities, low-income households and disadvantaged groups through the establishment of five veteran centres. The results of the project will be ensured in cooperation with the LGUs and in synergy with the project under the ‘Efficient Human Resources 2021’ programme.
