The project includes the construction of a class III device with a capacity of 15,300 ES, and the reconstruction and upgrading of the existing drainage system with the aim of increasing the connection rate of the population to 90%. It is aligned with the EU directives on water and wastewater treatment. The goals include the construction and reconstruction of the drainage system, increasing the efficiency and reliability of the system, connecting new users and introducing the economic price of water. The project is implemented in two phases over the 2014-2020 and 2021-2027 periods.
