The project ‘Increasing the competitiveness of JATRO d.o.o. by implementing the ISO 9001 quality management system’ is aimed at solving the problem of insufficient standardisation of business processes and quality control, which hinders competitiveness in the shipbuilding and construction market. The overall objective of the project is to strengthen the market position of the company through compliance with internationally recognized standards, ensuring the quality of services, increasing efficiency and reducing costs. The target groups are employees, who will improve competencies, and clients in the international market, who will benefit from improved service quality. The implementation of the project contributes to easier entry into international markets and long-term competitiveness of companies.
