The aim of the project is to improve business processes and increase the international competitiveness of the company through the certification of management systems according to internationally recognized standards ISO 20000-1 (management of IT services) and ISO 22301 (management of business continuity). The purpose of the project is to ensure the standardization, quality and resilience of the business and strengthen the trust of clients and partners in the global market. Expected results include implementation and certification of two management systems, increase in sales revenue by 15% and export by 20%, and strengthening the position of the company on the international market through meeting the requirements of recognized standards. These activities will enable sustainable growth and long-term competitiveness.
