The project consists of two phases. Phase 1 of the project includes investment investments within the financial period OPKK 2014-2020. Phase 2 of the project covers investment investments within the financial period of the PKK 2021-2027. The Rugvica – Dugo Selo agglomeration will be brought into line with the Urban Waste Water Treatment Directive (91/271/EEC) by upgrading the level III waste water treatment plant, upgrading the drainage system, increasing the connection to the drainage system and reconstructing part of the existing drainage system. The target group of this project are residents currently connected to the public drainage system and those who will be connected to the new and/or reconstructed public drainage system through this project.
