The JUGLANS REGIA project will create a regional value chain whose purpose is to obtain a high-value extract from green shell and walnut septum using scientific-research activities that will be applied in high-added-value products. The cooperation of three micro and small enterprises and two research organizations in the rounded development process from raw material production, extraction, analysis and testing of extract properties, application in food supplements, development of innovative packaging and planning of the production process will contribute to the industrial transition of Pannonian Croatia, increase income, number of employees and respond to recognized regional challenges.
