The aim of the project is to contribute to the promotion of integrated and inclusive social and economic development, by building and equipping multifunctional sports and recreational infrastructure. The project will build and equip a sports and recreation zone, a social sports zone for children and young people with sports playgrounds, urban equipment and multimedia display, a training ground, hiking trails, parking and sanitary facilities. The project achieves multifunctionality of the public space by using innovative solutions, contributing to urban regeneration, building green infrastructure, health and well-being of citizens, improving social, educational, sports and recreational facilities as well as expanding the tourist offer of UP Vinkovci.
