The project ‘Firehouse Mali Lošinj’ focuses on the construction of a modern firehouse that will address the infrastructure needs of the fire service. Current conditions, with separate accommodation of people and equipment, make interventions more difficult, while spatial and planning restrictions prevent the reconstruction of an existing building. The new home will combine accommodation, storage of equipment and garages for vehicles, while complying with safety standards. The project will speed up reactions, improve working conditions, increase community security and provide education, strengthening the resilience of the Lošinj archipelago to risks.
