The aim of the project is the modernization, decoration and construction and equipping of 11 sports fields in 7 island municipalities of Dubrovnik-Neretva County, as well as the construction of a sports hall in the municipality of Ston, which will make maximum use of all the possibilities of outdoor playgrounds and halls for individual training, recreation of young and elderly people as well as for the needs of the school. In addition to infrastructure works, the project also includes promotional activities and the organization of various sports events in the island municipalities of DNC. The project leader is the Dubrovnik-Neretva County, and partners are the Regional Agency DUNEA and the Sports Community of DNC. The total value of the project is € 5,894,283.21, and it was contracted under the Integrated Territorial Programme 2021-2027.
