The project of revitalization of the complex of the Stoja beach in Pula, which is a protected cultural property, is planning a complete renovation in order to restore its original function as a modern bathing area. Currently, the bathing area is in a dilapidated state, with limited functionality of many basic facilities. The renovation includes the reconstruction (upgrade) of one of the five existing buildings and the complete renovation and restoration to the original function of a superbly equipped bathing area with numerous accompanying facilities. The project also envisages the arrangement of outdoor areas, sunbathing areas and the realization of access for persons with reduced mobility. The aim is to preserve the historical value of the space, increase its aesthetic attractiveness and improve the tourist offer.
