The project proposes to create a platform dedicated to proteomics and metabolomics in order to expand the omic tools available in the Brussels Region. Through the FEDER project and the VUB-ULB collaboration, we will create a complementary platform that will bring together proteomics and metabolomics tools to improve biomarker discovery. With this platform, the Brussels Region will benefit from a comprehensive set of omic tools for the diagnosis and discovery of new biomarkers, thus improving patient care in Brussels hospitals.
