The project aims to create a single electronic window for the Brussels Mobility Operations and Transport Service, with the use of technologies such as AI, inclusivity, and multilingualism. This counter will centralise requests, alerts, etc., reducing waiting times and facilitating communication. This project will provide effective responses to the needs of citizens and businesses, while serving as a filter for complex cases requiring human intervention. The dissemination of this approach to other regional and municipal services is planned to improve coordination and communication in RBC.
