The project is a place for people to live and meet and aims to be a sustainable and solidarity-based food hub in Brussels. The project, which is both a place to live and meet, brings together different stakeholders (consumers, producers, processors, administrations, etc.) around a main theme: sustainable food (AD). The Partner Village (VP) in partnership with Groupe One (GO) and with the support of the municipality of Saint-Gilles and Europe wishes to support Belgian entrepreneurship and the AD sector. The aim of this consortium is to help small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the sustainable food sector to: • Strengthening their growth in a sustainable way and their competitiveness, • Fostering their green transition, • Fostering the increase of employment within their structure, and • Fostering the creation of SMEs In addition to this, the consortium has surrounded itself with external operators, the EPI Saint-Gilles and Rencontre des Continents, to defend access for all to quality food.
