The Greenbizz II project aims to develop a space of 3.450m2 of economic activities on the floor, a HoReCa space (Hotel, restaurant, canteen) of 200m2, a roof space to accommodate an urban farming activity and all the ancillary premises necessary for the proper functioning of the building. The main function of the building during its construction is to accommodate spaces for various productive activities (artisanal, industrial, high-tech, production of intangible goods) with a focus on companies active in the circular economy sector.
