The main aim of the project is to enlarge the existing building by adding a new floor on part of it. The main objective is to increase the area available to companies in the creative cultural industries (CCI) sector in the Brussels-Capital Region, and particularly in Schaerbeek. In doing so, the capacity of the centre will be increased. The aim will therefore be to encourage the creation of SMEs and to increase employment in this sector of activity, which makes a major contribution to the development of the Region but which has suffered greatly from the COVID-19 health crisis.
