The project aims to develop a food logistics hub necessary for the development of Good Food sectors. Our project aims to develop the supply of the Brussels Good Food sectors and, more broadly, to contribute to the growth of sustainable food in Brussels and does not overlook the following critical points: the volume of the order (consolidation of small orders; satisfaction of the large order; identification of producers), the simplification of material and management flows, the nature of the product (gross or semi-processed), logistics and reverse logistics.
