As part of the energy renovation of buildings, the project aims to renovate a building located at rue Verte 216 in 1030 Schaerbeek, on cadastral parcel No 21909E0217/00B005. The building is located in a highly mixed area in the PRAS. It is included in the perimeters of revitalization and urban renewal of the Region, as well as in that of the contract of sustainable neighborhood "Petite Colline" of the Commune.
