The "Delta - road control" building is currently operated by Brussels Mobility (BM) for the activities of the Road Control Board. The building is listed on List A of the properties of the Brussels Capital Region (RBC). As such, management is entrusted to the Service Facilities. The activities carried out there under the supervision of BM are mainly related to the maintenance of regional roads. The Delta site dates from the 1970s and needs to be extensively and extensively renovated. Through the RENOLUTION plan, the SPRB, in collaboration with SIBELGA and Bruxelles Environnement, uses the Renoclick market centre to carry out the renovation.
