The project aims to create the 6,084 m2 Stephenson Park between Schaerbeek and Northern Stations, filling the lack of green spaces in the neighborhood, currently isolated by railway tracks, and thus promoting access to nature and quiet spaces for residents. Operations include the demolition of existing buildings, the development of several entrances to the park, as well as the construction of a new building for Queensbury and a crèche.
