The project involves the conversion of a former oil stove and stables factory, currently occupied by the Magic Land Theatre, into mixed public equipment. According to the SRB’s diagnosis, there is a shortage of places for early childhood in the perimeter. This new equipment will play an important role in the overall strategy at both local and regional level.
