The POSTeK project investigates methods for designing and dismantling multimaterial products. For promising innovative material combinations (short fibre-filled composites incl.), design guidelines and process parameters are drawn up. In addition, the track of chemical recycling is also being investigated for small products and for mixed fractions. The results of this project aim to have a significant impact on the environment and this will be able to support companies in meeting the European targets for the recycling and reuse of materials. The further roll-out of this knowledge will help to further put West Flanders on the map in terms of recycling and responsible material use.
