Launched in 2020 by two players in the social and solidarity economy (SSE), ATIS and France Active, POP is a nomadic incubator dedicated to SSE in the departments of Vienna, Deux-Sèvres, Charente and Charente-Maritime that accompanies the emergence of social innovation projects and SSE. - Sensitize, detect and select potential project leaders - Support project leaders from the 4 departments of the former Poitou-Charentes region in the emergence and creation of businesses - Invent solutions to the socio-economic challenges of the territories of these territories About twenty social and solidarity economy projects are incubated each year thanks to this device.
