The ANTA HOTEL project aims to enrich the hotel offer in the Aquitaine Region by creating 13 additional rooms in the three-star plus category. On the other hand, its central square, Anta Hotel is ideally located for excursions in the Region. Near the hotel, guests can visit the castles of Pessac Léognan, the ecomuseum of the vine and wine, stroll through the animal park of Moulineau, practice Golf in Pessac and visit the beautiful city of Bordeaux. Following this expansion, the hotel will benefit from 74 comfortable and spacious rooms. These 13 additional rooms (from 25 to 30 square meters each) will be mainly dedicated to a tourist and family clientele in transit. During this phase of work, the establishment will pursue an eco-responsible approach (saving water, electricity, heat and cold production, waste management, eco-gesture ..). The increase in capacity will accelerate revenue growth and recruit three additional employees. The expected turnover projected at 5 years is 2,235,292 euros with an expected result of 191,143 euros.
