France Active Nouvelle Aquitaine and ATIS, created POP in 2020, a device based on the alliance of territorial expertise and business expertise, which offers a complete support offer to contribute to the emergence of projects and new activities responding to social and environmental issues in Charente, Charente-Maritime, Vienna and Deux-Sèvres. Two routes are proposed: 1 - POP Start, a pre-incubation offer for project leaders who wish to deepen and question their idea of a social utility project 2 - POP Incub, an incubation path, for project leaders or SSE structures who wish to launch a new project with social or environmental impact. The beneficiaries concerned are the bearers of ideas or projects; vigilance is paid to the balance between women and men and to the territorial distribution of projects across the four departments. About 45 projects benefit from this scheme each year, about twenty projects are incubated. Particular attention is paid to the gender balance and the territorial distribution of projects across the four departments.
