The rehabilitation of the Audevard wasteland to accommodate a socio-cultural, digital and service center is part of the logic of revitalizing the city of Sainte Livrade sur Lot. Once renovated, this former wasteland located in the heart of Ste Livrade will welcome the various cultural, economic and social services of the municipality. This place of life will benefit both the 6500 inhabitants of Sainte Livrade and those of its basin of life, reinforcing the city in its role of polarity within the CAGV. Through this project, the municipality seeks to ensure better access to services by promoting cooperation between social, economic and cultural actors. This multifunctional place is designed to become a place at the service of local life. The Audevard area, at the heart of a rural territory, will be a real vector of equal access to public services for all inhabitants and will promote the inclusion of all through access to culture, services and employment.
