The project consists of three major phases: the modernization of the production tool with process automation, the development of local protein autonomy, and the deployment of a global progress plan. These actions aim to optimize production while strengthening the territorial anchorage of the company. The objective with these new investments is to increase production capacity, significantly reduce the carbon footprint, offer better working conditions to employees by promoting automation, create new jobs, diversify in order to reach a new direction in terms of turnover. This structuring project for the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region combines economic performance, technological innovation and environmental responsibility, thus contributing to the sustainable development of the territory.
