The ENAMAR project concerns the acquisition of a very high field nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) instrument (1GHz). The project will equip the New Aquitaine territory with an exceptional machine in the field of atomic scale characterization of samples. Indeed, the use of this equipment will be open to the scientific and industrial communities and also in partnership with the Euskadi to offer state-of-the-art equipment for the entire community of the New Aquitaine Euro-region in the NMR. Several sectors are interested in acquiring this instrument on the Aquitaine site (neuroscience, virology, analytical chemistry, energy materials, polymers, structural biology and infectiology, pharmacology and medicine, environment, wine sector...). The increase in analytical sensitivity associated with the acquisition of a new NMR magnet and a new prototype cryogenic probe for 1 GHz solid NMR will significantly increase NMR analysis capabilities for the scientific community. The instrument will be installed on the platform of the European Institute of Chemistry and Biology of Pessac, within the UAR3033 US001 IECB.
