The project aims to strengthen the staffing, administrative organisation and operation of the Directorate for Financial Control of European Resources (DEP) and the Directorate for Public Procurement of the Treasury of the Republic, involved in the ‘Thalia 2021-2027’ and ‘Sea, Fisheries and Aquaculture’ programmes. This project will cover: the salary costs of the staff of the DEP and the staff of the Directorate for Public Procurement of the Treasury of the Republic employed under the ‘Thalia 2021-2027’ and ‘Sea, Fisheries and Aquaculture’ programmes; the cost of participation of the staff of the DEP and the staff of the Directorate for Public Procurement in training programmes (includes the cost of participation, travel, accommodation and daily allowance) in Cyprus and abroad; the cost of organising training and seminars for the training and information of beneficiaries and intermediate bodies; the cost of meetings with the Managing Authority, beneficiaries and intermediate bodies; the purchase of equipment, software and other procurement needs;
