The project concerns the construction of the building facilities of the School of Tourism Management, Hospitality and Entrepreneurship in Paphos and specifically the construction of a new energy efficient building. It is a three-storey building, with basement and ground floor, which consists of staff offices, service spaces, open study areas, auxiliary and storage spaces, specialized laboratories, auditoriums/teaching rooms, library/reading room, cafeteria, gym, living areas, parking spaces for cars, mopeds and bicycles and outdoor green space/square. It aims at primary energy consumption at least 20% lower than the requirement of that legislation.
