Through its actions, the Project aims to improve the quality of implementation of the Cyprus legislative and institutional framework of industrial relations in enterprises, following an integrated and targeted approach.The Project aims to effectively fill the gap between the need to implement a complex legislative working framework and the inability of Cypriot enterprises to do so, creating a healthy working environment and improving working conditions at the same time. The actions of the project include, among others, the provision of consulting services and certification of enterprises with the SIR2014 standard, as well as the information and / or networking of human resources management and labour relations professionals on issues of labour interest and good practices through the events of the Network of Professionals in the Sector of Labour Relations and Human Resource Management (SLRNetwork).
