The objective of the project is to acquire, within the PISARRO platform, an X-ray-induced photoelectron spectrometer, with cluster, double anode and temperature modulus stripping. This equipment will strengthen the analytical capabilities of the platform, with the acquisition of the XPS technique, identified as a state-of-the-art technique in nanoscale analysis.
