The project aims to purchase a spectral cell sorter, in order to enable CyFlow’s user teams to isolate by cell sorting the rare cellular populations of interest potentially involved in the pathogenicity of the diseases studied and thus enable their in-depth functional exploration. This has multiple applications in immunology and other disciplinary fields (neurology, cardiovascular diseases, etc.), and will also enable the University of Rouen to develop translational hospital-university research projects in connection with the Rouen University Hospital.
