The subject of the project is industrial research and development, which are intended to lead to the creation of a mobile line for the treatment of municipal waste. Pronar’s research and development will allow the introduction of innovative recycling equipment on the market. The research processes will be carried out in a newly built hall at Pronar’s plant in Siemiatyczach. There will be a R & D department, which will include a prototype plant. The prototype plant will be tasked with making prototypes and conducting industrial research and development. The equipment of the prototype plant will be aimed at the ability to produce innovative services and technologies, as well as to carry out tests on the correctness of the construction solutions used, the machining processes and the materials from which they were made. The work will result in municipal waste crushers, improved screens, conveyor belts, sorting chambers, presses and other machines enabling the creation of a municipal waste treatment line. Pronar’s Implementation Department in cooperation with its Research and Development Centre (CBR) will perform the necessary design work to create an innovative line for the recovery and treatment of municipal waste. A team of designers with experience in the construction of Recycling machines manufactured by Pronar will be established for the design work. In addition to the design work, the team will conduct industrial research on the components of machines included in the recycling line. Prototypes resulting from the work will be subjected to operational tests during which development work will be carried out.
