Reference number of the aid programme: SA.41471(2015/X) Purpose of public aid: Article 25 of EC Regulation No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain types of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ L. I'm sorry. EU L 187/1 of 26.06.2014). The project assumes the creation of a tomographic system (measuring device and software for interpretation of measurement results) using both impedance tomography and capacitive tomography for spatial analysis of the degree of moisture of the walls. In addition, the prototype device thanks to the use of two tomographic techniques will allow to analyse the state of the plates with special attention to blocks from the so-called large plate (research of fastening and reinforcement status in concrete walls). The ECIT (Electrical Capacitance and Impedance Tomograph) prototype will allow simultaneous measurement of capacity and impedance with active surface electrodes. The hybrid tomograph will be a modular, compact, configurable device that enables operation in various measuring systems. The basic element of the system will be an active measuring electrode containing analog keys and ADC and CDC converters. Active electrodes will be connected to a digital module for reading and transmitting data to the control module. The control module will provide device configuration, measurement cycle implementation, pre-processing of measurement data and communication with computerised acquisition and visualisation system. The CT scan will ultimately support a probe containing 32 active electrodes. The last part of the system is the image reconstruction software. The planned solution will be based on the latest scientific achievements in the field of image reconstruction.
