Development of the world’s first automatic telecommunication network development assistant – an analytical tool to address fundamental issues in place of distributed and individual analysis of data and problems in the network, in order to profil the development of NSN products and set up a functioning network

The project involves using the third largest research unit of the Nokia Group (Group) in the world, i.e. Nokii Solutions and Networks (NSN) with the status of a Research and Development Centre (CBR) to develop an innovative globally innovative telecommunication network development assistant. This is a response to the important challenge of the telecommunications market in terms of the need to profil the development of products and the configuration of existing networks vis-à-vis individual customers. The issues to be developed under the Project include R & D in the following areas: (1) develop analytical factors and create assumptions for the data model, (2) develop assumptions and concepts of analytical engine, (3) develop a data platform model, (4) calibration of the developed solution, implementation in real conditions and the creation of a user interface. In the second and fourth stages of R & D, part of the work will be carried out in cooperation with subcontractors (scientific entity or SME sector) specialising in data analytics and user interface. The development of an innovative solution and its implementation in the Company’s activities will be the basis for proposing new products on the market thanks to a tool allowing to develop telecommunication solutions tailored to the individual needs of a given operator, based on a systemised analysis of needs and multidimensional, historical or projected telecommunication and context data. The results of R & D works will be implemented into the applicant’s own activities in the territory of the Republic of Poland within 3 years of the completion of the project. Achieving the objectives of the project will be possible thanks to the extensive experience of the NSN in R & D, the involvement of specialised R & D staff, excellent?
