The project assumes testing on a pilot installation in order to develop pressure granulation technology and implementation in the solid structure of calcium biopreparates – so far found only in liquid form – probiotic microorganisms and humus compounds. To this end, studies will be carried out on the effects of granular parameters on hardness and decay, the effect of drying parameters on the temperature of formation of granules, testing methods of applying consortia of pro-biotic microorganisms.During the tests, optimal conditions and processes of pressure granulation will be selected, and final formulations of calcium biopreparates with pro biotic additives will be developed. The results of the tests will be implemented on an industrial scale in the form of new supplements and supplements in the form of new preparations. Quick completion of research and entering the Polish and European markets will ensure the applicants a pioneer and at the same time a leader in the calcium fertilisers market with pro biotic additives. New products are expected to be produced up to 40,000 units per year, and the annual value of sales revenues will exceed PLN 10,000,000. The developed technology will allow for the first time in the world to apply and distribute in the product – a calcium biopreparation culture pro biotic microorganisms. Implemented in a biopreparation, humus, stimulating compounds and microorganisms have a positive and stimulating effect on the physiological processes of crops. BIOPREPARATY will also prevent diseases of certain crops. Innovative technology will allow the production of granulated lime, fast-acting, and at the same time safe for crops and soil environment.
