The project involves carrying out a pilot verification of the technology of implementation and joining in one multifunctional preparation of probiotics and plant extracts from supercritical CO2 extraction. The collected results and results of the trials will be used and applied by GRUPA INCO S.A. as the first global entity in the production of organic multi preparation replacing several types of measures currently present on the market with one preparation. They will eliminate detergents and phosphates that are most harmful to the environment and the human body. The verified market demand will be achieved already in 1 after the start of production of revenues of PLN 19 million, to exceed PLN 24 million per year in combination with export sales. The technology used to implement probiotics and plant components into the structure of the chemical preparation will reduce water consumption by 1/3 in each pollutant removal cycle. The most harmful to the environment and to the human body will be replaced by plant extracts. Supercritical CO2 extraction allows 100 % of the use of plant ingredients and their properties increasing the strength and quality of cleaning and biogenic properties. Developed recipes and technology of implementing and combining probiotics, plant extracts and supporting biocomponents in the structure of the chemical preparation will be reported as inventions for the protection of industrial property.
