The aim of the project is to develop technical and technological assumptions and to develop prototype solutions of mobile installations for thermal and pressure treatment of raw materials of plant origin directly from farmers and livestock farmers. On the basis of industrial research carried out in the framework of the project, recommendations will be drawn up to make prototypes of equipment for processing plant raw materials in order to achieve optimal nutritional value of plant raw materials that can be used as components of feed for farm animals. As part of the industrial work, prototypes of equipment necessary to carry out research will be carried out on the issues of operation of equipment, the impact of processing conditions and the configuration of equipment on the chemical composition and nutritional value of cereals and legumes, as well as the level of inactivation of anti-nutrient ingredients present in soya, legumes and certain cereals. The results of tests on chemical and nutritional properties will allow to develop technological recommendations for the implementation of plants for processing plant materials in order to achieve optimal nutritional values and performance characteristics of the products obtained. As components planned to be manufactured within the installation, devices for thermofome processing and extruders with different configurations and throughputs will be used based on the analysis of the results obtained.
