The infrastructure created as a result of the Project will therefore be primarily intangible and intangible, and in particular will consist of: databases of raw genomic data full sequences of human genome derived from mass sequencing, b) derivative databases containing interpretations of genetic connections with phenotypic characteristics correlated to the database of raw genomic data, (c) bioinformatic tools for large-scale genome analysis. The database of raw genomic data of complete sequences of the human genome will contain data related to at least 6 thousand inhabitants of Poland, selected in such a way as to create a genomic/genetic image of the inhabitants of Poland, as a result of which the entire project can be called the creation of a genomic map of Poland. The storage space needed for genomic storage of the map of Poland is approx. 10 peta bytes. This space is to be leased on the basis of outsourcing in an external company. The cost of such a lease is now approx. 1.5 million zlotys per year, with the rental prices of storage space, in terms of byte, are steadily falling. Derivative databases containing information on genetic connections with phenotypic features will be systematically built, based on a database of raw sequential data and results of the implementation of scientific tasks of the Project. These databases will be stored within the current IT resources of the Project consortium, as well as within servers leased for the Project.
