In the proposed TEAM-TECH project, we are going to design and test methods related to Intensification of chemical production, immobilisation of well-defined organetallic Catalysts, enabling technologies, decrease of metal loading and amount of waste produced. A number of NHC-onium tagged ruthenium and gold Catalysts will be obtained and screened in selected reactions, using classical and green Solvents, and in no solvent, with the help of various enabling techniques. The Catalysts will be also Immobilised on selected solid supports, such as zeolites, metal-organic frameworks (MOF) and nano-particles, thoroughly characterised and tested in batch and continuous flow conditions. Metal content in products will be kept minimal by use of specialised Scavengers. The resulting Catalysts and techniques can be applied in general chemical synthesis, eg. in production of pharmaceuticals, specialty chemicals, cosmetics, fragrances, and fuel additives.
