The project envisages the construction of a two-track line of 400 kV Mikułowa-Bzarna with the extension/modernisation of the station in this line. The construction of the line will be carried out partly on the existing line and partly following the new line. The estimated length of the line will be about 233 km of current tracks (including the construction of a new two-track section of the line – approx. 100 km, and modernisation approx. 33 km.) The planned route runs through the area of 14 communes of the Dolnośląskie Voivodeship (Sulików, Siekierczyn, Lubań, Nowogrodziec, Lwówek Śląski, Pielgrzymka, Złotoryja, Krotoszyce, Męcinka, Legnickie Pole, Ruja, Prochowice, Ścinawa, Lubin) located in the area of 8 counties (Zgorzelec, Lubanski, Bolesławecki, Lwowówecki, Lwówecki, Lwówecki). Power station 400/220/110 kV Mikułowa is an overhead electric station located in the municipality of Sulików. The material scope of the construction of the Mikułowa-Black line ranges from the preparation of the investment, its design through construction to obtain a permit for use (in turnkey mode).
