The subject of the project is the implementation of activities involving a deep thermomodernisation of a public utility building located in Warsaw at ul. Puławska 148/150 (recording section no. 146505_8.0217.37 (reference section 0217)). A detached building, consisting of three parts (A, B and C) connected by connectors. It was built on a double H-letter plan with wings in east and west directions. The entrance to the main building is located on the east side. It has four floors above ground, it is fully cellared, and in the central part it has a small superstructure. The building is a historic building under conservation protection. The total area of the building is 22314.00 m². The main objective of the project is to improve air quality in Warsaw by reducing pollution emitted into the atmosphere and increasing the energy efficiency of the building.
