Construction of a high-efficiency cogeneration system based on gas engines with an electrical power of about 8 MW with the possibility of producing cold together with the necessary technical infrastructure in the Small Rider

Objectives The main objective of the project, consisting of the construction of a 16.68 MW gas CHP plant, including 8.05 MW of electricity and 8.63 MW of heat, including 4.31 MW of cold, located in the Small Rider, is to increase the company’s energy efficiency and improve air quality by introducing heat production in combination with electricity and cold production. The implementation of the project will contribute to: — to increase the production of electricity from low-carbon natural gas, – to reduce the production of electricity from non-renewable energy sources, – to increase the capacity of cold production in combination with electricity and heat, – to reduce emissions of pollutants into the atmosphere (CO2, NOx, SO2, dust, including PM10).
