The project is located in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship, in the Rewal building, in the vicinity of Rewal and Trzęsacz in Dziwnów. On the section of Rewal – Trzęsacz, works will be carried out in the marine waters of the Republic of Poland and within the technical belt. Tasks carried out as part of the Project on the sections of the coastline (in the strip 100 m from the seashore) constitute 100 % urban areas (KŚT 034 recreational and recreational areas). The project falls within the scope of the tasks to be carried out on the basis of the amended Act of 28 March 2003 establishing a multiannual programme for the protection of sea shores (DBM Act). It’s all right. 1 to the Act of 25 09.2015 amending the Act establishing the multiannual programme “Programme for the conservation of the seashore” updated the list of sections of the sea shore intended for conservation activities. The list includes the shore sections covered by the project: — pos. 31 Unsickness – Download (km 368.3-379.5), task – artificial power supply; shore fortifications. 32) Mierzeja Dziwnowska (km 385.4-396.2), task – artificial power supply; shore fortifications. The length of the section on which the task will be performed in relation to the length of the section intended to protect according to the POBM shall be for the item. The project is in accordance with the Risk Management Plans (PZRP), it was included in the list of strategic activities for the area of the Oder basin, as technical actions with the highest priority, recommended for implementation in the years 2016-2020 in item. 35, Poz.126. and Poz.132. The implementation of the project consisting of the development of a system of protection of the seashore through the construction of new spires, as well as the construction of stone bed bands, aims to protect land areas against the negative consequences of maritime abrasion. The spurs are designed to partially disperse the energy of waves, capture mobile debris and maintain as wide and high beaches as possible.
